Las instalaciones e infraestructura muy bien, servicio también, para alguien que va a relajarse y quedarse en el hotel, tiene muy pocas opciones, para niños, solo spa y restaurante, para alguien que solo va a dormir y a salir a los parques lo recomiendo mucho.

Estacionamiento muy lejos, no tienen valet parking, las maletas hay que llevarlas solo. Solo un ascensor. Según lo que experimente durante el día no pude dormir bien porque hicieron trabajos de carpintería en el exterior del, cortando árboles y madera con sierra eléctrica, iba con un niño de 2 años y juegos o actividades para ellos no hay mucho. Solo el exterior.

La verdad solo el precio fue lo negativo, es un excelente hotel pero un poco caro.

Relación precio calidad, desayuno de baja calidad entre otras cosas. El personal es muy estructurado. Educado, pero con muy poca empatia.
