Location is good if you come from the airport or would like to go easily to Chiapa del Corso. The staff was friendly but they didnt speak English. The size of the room is okay, wifi is good. Hot water with good pressure.
There were little bugs everywhere in the room. We do not know if they were harmless because we got a lot of mosquito bites already. I understand that the jungle is near and a lot of animals live in the area and if only 3-4 bugs were in the room I would not have any problem but there were a lot. I am not sure if this was the case for the other rooms as well, but I think a proper disinsection would be great for the hotel.
