Poor

Room was smelly, black fungus in bathroom, no warm water in the sink. Shower in small room with WC. Very peculiar park surroundings with strange sculptures of sheep and trolls. Sitting outside we were joined by five street dogs. We had booked two nights, no room service in between. We had to take our luggage back to the car ourselves. Ressort is difficult to reach behind an abandoned road project. Definitely NOT recommended.

Pleasant

The pony family is most impressive memory. The location is nearly nutural mountain and good views.

The water heater was broken so I had a shower with 16 C on morning.

Exceptional

We like the set-up of the resort, very relaxing and located in the heart of nature (without pollution).

The toilet is a little bit off with the good modern house and room design, but still manageable.

Overall a comfortable, quiet room but possibly not worth it for the money.

The property was clean, well kept and quiet.

The location was very out of the way and down dirt roads, making it hard to find. The pool area was run down and needed a cleaning.

Fabulous, we're planning on coming back, but longer.

Stay more than one day, its what we did, the natural settings, lovely room, and huge trees, the friendly staff, and nice pool, the huge balcony to relax at night, the walks in direct nature, feels like staying in a mansion, and the staff like old friends.

It couldn't have been better, the way this place is like is that it should stay the way it is now. never change a good receipe.

Beautiful, large, peaceful garden, spacious rooms. Friendly, helpful and professional staff :)

The landscaping and garden areas were fantastic and well maintained. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond when during a storm a tree fell down and knocked down the electricity cables, they were very diligent and apologetic and moved us to another room for the night, they also refunded the night that we had to move to another room and were very helpful and polite about everything. They handled the matter very professionally and I would definitely return.

The pool was closed due to covid and the quad bikes were out of use which was a shame. They don't have a restaurant or cafe on-site, but they have a local restaurant you can call with your order and there is complimentary instant coffee, crackers and a small cake with the room.
