Met by Richard the perfect host who was very friendly and polite. He showed us around his lovely accommodation and explained everything. Off street secure parking. Very tastefully decorated, furnished and finished off with personal effects that made it a very warm, cosy atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. 20 min walk into historical centre. L5 bus brings you back to 1 min walk from accommodation. Spacious and neatly presented with a lovely garden to enjoy.
Minor observations. Kettle provided but no obvious cups or tea/coffee provisions. Would benefit from air conditioning.
