Preis Leistung super. Auf der Etage steht ein Kühlschrank, den man mit den anderen Zimmern nutzt.👍Der Hauswirt war super! Es gibt Empfehlungen für Unternehmen in der Umgebung, die wirklich hilfreich waren. Auch die Empfehlung zum Essen war top! Wir haben über Nacht gebucht und es lief super. Das Zimmer war toll, neu hergerichtet und klimatisiert. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit 3 Einkaufszentren direkt nebenan nicht zu toppen und 100 Meter weiter kommt man direkt raus aus der Stadt in's Grüne.
Wirklich toller Aufenthalt.
Nicht gefallen wäre übertrieben.
Die Matratze dürfte einmal ausgetauscht werden, da man die Federn stark in den Knochen spürt. 😁
Und wer nicht gerne läuft ist vielleicht etwas weit weg vom alten Stadtkern.
Aber das wussten wir und es war kein Thema.

Domaćin je svakog trenutka bio dostupan za naša pitanja, uputio nas je na najlepše plaže, rekao nam je šta obavezno treba videti i probati u Rovinju. On je definitivno jedan od razloga što ćemo se vratiti u Rovinj jer smo se u njegovom apartmanu osećali kao kod kuće. Odlicno je to sto je apartman jako blizu(3 minuta pešaka)prodavnica (Lidl i Konzum) što skracuje vreme nabavke i mirno i opremljeni smo mogli na plažu jako rano. Sve vreme smo imali naš parking i od nas velika preporuka.
Parking u širom centru grada je skoro nemoguće naći

A un paio di chilometri dal centro in un posto tranquillo, camera pulita e letto molto comodo. Nel corridoio all'ultimo piano dove abbiamo soggiornato c'è a disposizione un frigorifero in condivisione. I posti auto sono pochi ma a poche decine di metri dalla struttura c'è un parcheggio gratuito. Nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono un panificio e dei supermercati raggiungibili a piedi. I signori che ci hanno accolto sono estremamente gentili e disponibili. È un ottimo posto dove soggiornare.
Struttura su 3 piani senza ascensore.

Hay lugar para aparcar por la zona sin demasiada dificultad. Está al lado de un área comercial, como a veinte minutos caminando del centro. Es un barrio tranquilo. El propietario es muy agradable y amable.
Pese a tener el baño reformado, algunas cosas -toallas, cama, ...- están muy usadas. Para dos personas teníamos una sola toalla de aseo. La nevera es compartida en un pasillo. La ducha tiene poquísima presión -quizás porque nuestra habitación estaba en la planta tercera de la casa- y tampoco salía demasiado caliente.
