Bemerkenswert, wie sehr sich Polen - entwickelt hat. Aber das, wie auf dem Foto, gibt es heute noch.

Frühstück, Komfort einzigartig, was Angebot und Auswahl angeht.

besonders nachteilig - auch im Hinblick auf frühere Reisen nach Waldenburg in meine ehemalige Heimat - ist die Tatsache, dass kaum oder gar nicht mehr deutsch gesprochen wird, was zu unserem Leidwesen auch das Personal des Hotels betrifft. Als Partner in der europäischen Union ist das sehr verwunderlich und nicht zuletzt in der Kommunikation hinderlich. "Englisch" ist offensichtlich kein Problem, es soll wohl besonders "Internationales Flayr" unterstreichen. Ich bin 87, 1947 aus Schlesien vertrieben worden - und habe es bislang versäumt, noch perfekt die englische Sprache zu erlernen. Aber ich bin mit meinem Sohn gereist und der konnte sich glücklicherweise in dieser - auch "Mode-Weltsprache" - verständlich machen. Das fanden wir also schade. Deutsch wird schließlich in großen Teilen Europas gesprochen, die Sprache eines Landes, das heute immerhin über hundert Millionen Einwohner zählt...

Pleasant stay

Friendly staff, clean rooms and shared areas, good choice of breakfast, tasty meals in the hotel's restaurant ala carte, free parking next to a shopping centre with plenty to do there. Location was important for us as we have family not far away from Walbrzych. Also it is a good base if you want to travel around. We visited Aqua Park, Ksiaz Castle, Sokolowsko, Wroclaw (via train, only 20min walk to the station), Walbrzych Rynek also 20min walk, Palmiarnia and Papugarnia (mini parrot place).

Beds were not comfy (too bouncy) and too big pillows, mattress topper was moving off the bed. Tea and coffee facilities in the room were good but for 2 adult guests we got only one in the first place, which was size of espresso. Only two lifts in the hallway, which were used also by staff, I dont mind waiting but some people do. The worst thing was the air con. In the room you only can change the temperature, you cant operate if to blow hot or cold air. Reception staff do it. The problem is that if someone asks for hot air on your floor, they change the setting for all the rooms at that floor! So better switch it off for the night.

The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and we had a good breakfast. There are no any isdues with the park. It was our second stay, and we will be back again.

The only issue was that the sofa bed was uncomfortable this time.

It was good to come back and see the place has still improved so much!

Reall top quality accommodation and very decent breakfast for this price. Kind and helpful staff.

sound of air conditioning outside but this is the price you pay on a building when the windows do not open and prevent you from breathing the infamous coal filled air 😏

Great place for a short break at an excellent price and with staff that made it v. easy and pleasant

The staff were superb. Welcoming friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the bathroom nightlight was great. Very little noise from other guests. Very happy!

I don't find piped jazz pleasant but I guess that's my problem! No concerns or complaints here.

Clean and reasonably comfortable place to rest in-between the hikes.

The premises are clean. The lobby looks very nice and is kids-friendly. The breakfast is good. The linens and towels were clean. The bathroom is of good size and well equipped. Very tasty bottled water, specific to this region. Very pleasant service.

The room is a bit small for 4 people. The extendable sofa blocked the fridge. Not enough utensils for 4 people. Instructions for ventilations would be nice to have. Window is not possible to open. Rather remote location. All minor pet peeves we were ready to face though.
