Modern, clean, friendly staff, good restaurant and just opposite to tram
There are nice additional touches (funny messages around the room, bottle of filtered water included)
A bit isolated and not in the best part of the town
The facade is a bit worn down and does not reflect the quality of the hotel

A cute and cozy hotel with its own philosophy. The staff is friendly and engaged, rooms are nice and tidy, a small restaurant downstairs gives you a warm welcome, you can buy some signature food from locals here as well.

When we first walked in we were thinking "mmmmmm" but after 2 nights we left loving the place.
We delt with 5 different staff members and each one was 5☆
It felt more like a really cool, funky hostel with private en suite rooms than a hotel.
The establishment is right on a main road and our room was facing that main road and we never heard a sound. They have double double glazed windows.
Tram station at the front door, was fantastic to use to go to the centre.
Only negative is that the heating in the room is only switched on at 6 pm. The weather was really bad outside so we spent more time in our room than expected and it was cold. The floors are concrete and there are no carpets to make it cozy.
