The convenience of the location and choice of thermal pools. Staff were exceptionally helpful.
The double bed was uncomfortable as it sagged to the middle. We both couldn't sleep in it. One of us had to sleep on the single bed.

Lovely place to stay, great amenities, clean and very comfortable. The woman at reception was so friendly and gave us great information. The artesian spas were amazing, able to use any time till 10pm .

Staff are wonderful, the pool and spas are great. We stayed in the budget section of the motel 3 times. This section could do with a bit of freshening up but for a one night stay it is ok. This time we chose the executive section to stay 2 nights. Will definitely stay there again. Lovely restaurant on the premise and nearby.
