Wir haben 5 tolle Tage im Madonna del Poggio verbracht. Die Wohnung die wir gebucht hatten war mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und das Appartement war auch sehr groß und sauber. Von unserem Balkon hatten wir einen schönen Blick zum Meer. Der Pool ist auch sehr schön und wir haben dies auch sehr genossen. Wir hatten nachträglich noch zum Appartement Frühstück gebucht. Das Frühstück war toll, mit vielen selbstgemachten Kuchen und auch alles andere war ausreichend vorhanden. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und wir kommen gerne wieder. Vom Haus geht direkt eine Weg (ca. 600 m und etwas steil) nach Scarlino. Dann braucht man nicht mit dem Auto in die Ortschaft fahren, den dort sind die Parkmöglichkeiten begrenzt.

Great location and a big swimming pool. Quiet, no parties, lots of privacy, very spacious, clean apartment .
All acceptable, an access to washmachine during long stay would be a nice improvement.

L'endroit est absolument magnifique, superbe piscine vue magnifique sur le coucher de soleil, calme pas loin de la mer et le petit village de scarlino est absolument pittoresque et très beau

Hébergement bien situé dans un très beau cadre. Vue extérieur magnifique et piscine très agréable.
Petit déjeuner plutôt cher pour les produits proposés
La propreté des lieux était moyenne et nous avons vu plusieurs rats et souris dont une qui est entrée dans notre logement. La propriétaire nous a alors répondu que c’était la nature/ la campagne.
Très mauvaise réception du WIFI accessible dans les espaces communs et non dans le logement.
