Superb location for a holiday, with the sea being so close – you just need to cross the street. The surrounding pine forests are of divine beauty, and the property itself is very clean and well-maintained. The employee diligently washed the sun loungers and cleaned the pool every single morning. The place is truly peaceful, and everything is kept in perfect order.

The only minor downside is the nearby street. However, you quickly get used to the traffic noise, so eventually you don't even notice it, and it does not ruin the relaxation.

La posizione è ottima. Cucina con kit per lavare le stoviglie e per fare i primi caffè. In bagno c'era sapone, shampoo e doccia schiuma.Il gestore è stato molto cortese e disponibile. Parcheggio assegnato interno al residence. Zona tranquilla a due passi dal mare.Grande terrazzo con tavolo.

L'appartamento è decisamente datato e vissuto. La tenda del terrazzo era chiaramente rotta, il tavolo di cucina sistemato in modo approssimativo. Il letto in camera talmente vicino al muro che vi si accende solo camminando di lato. L'appartamento sarebbe carino e funzionale, basterebbero poche migliorie.

Tutte le caratteristiche evidenziate sono state interamente rispettate. La posizione è ottima e la piscina interna è un plus indiscusso. Una rilassante e comoda settimana di vacanza.
