Very nice place and the apartment as well -and really comfortable. 2 minutes on foot to the nearest restaurant and beach and 2-5 minutes with car to Petra. Surely I would recommend it and go again too!
In general score, I put 7 instead of 9 because of the mosquitoes (probably previous people stayed in the apartment had the main door always open - all windows have window screens). We stayed for two nights. The first one we couldn't sleep as the bedroom was full of them and we had to deal with them. The second night was quite better..
I would recommend firstly an installation of extra door with window screen (to prevent entering mosquitoes) and secondly a stronger light outside the apartment (it is really nice outside, but it need more light to enjoy it more).

Very clean, well equipped and super close to the beach.
Notwithstanding the mosquito nets at the windows, we found more than 30 inside the apartment. The property could think of a better pest control strategy to counter this.
