We were happy to use the bread and pastry delivery service in the morning. I liked that our dog was allowed to be with us, and there was no limitation when we wanted to take him anywhere at the facility.
The hotel provides a Dachstein-SommerCard for the stay, which I found very convenient and saves you a lot of time and money. The place is also very child friendly; there is a big playing room, an outside playground, and a small pool.
The wifi at this Hotel is not functioning. Even though we complained a few times, the owner at the reception said they were "working on it." I suppose once you claim wifi is available, there should be one. The only place where you could catch wifi was at the reception.
The hotel also provides homemade pizza (which was not very tasty) and drinks (good). However, the owner insisted on paying these only by cash, which I did not like (no bill for the consumption, only hand-written on paper).
