La posizione e la colazione in giardino.

L'hotel è veramente molto comodo come posizione e il personale è delizioso. La camera tripla è veramente adatta per 3 persone: comoda, spaziosa e con un bagno davvero grande. Favoloso il servizio della navetta che agevola la situazione trasporto bagagli e gli spogliatoi con doccia che rendono possibile approfittare del mare fino all'ultimo minuto prima della partenza
La premessa è che siamo stati benissimo. Se c'è qualcosa proprio da voler evidenziare, è il potenziare un pò l'attenzione del personale: a colazione, ad esempio, capitava che fossero terminate delle cose (bacon, focaccia) e non se ne fossero accorti e facevano un pò fatica a ricordare gli ordini fatti. Stessa cosa sul servizio in camera di pulizia dove talvolta sono stati dimenticati carta igienica, il cambio dei teli puliti richiesti

È una struttura molto graziosa, centralissima ma silenziosa. È stata un'ospitalità perfetta.

The location is perfect
The people working there are not very pleasant ; they don't particularly try to make you feel welcome and even though I was there for 6 nights, I never felt at home.
The cleaning of the room occurs in the afternoon and yet, even though I was there after the high season, they wouldn't let me keep the room after 10h30.
I couldn't arrive on the day I had booked because of bad weather which meant that the hydrofoil didn't make the trip to the island, but they still made me pay full price and every little cost. I understand that these are difficult times for the hospitality community but a little gesture, e. g. they could have offered the meal or the glass of wine, something small, would have made a difference. In my view, there is a need to improve the attitude to make people feel welcome...
Another problem is the noise from the restaurant that went on well into the night, that is 1 or 2 am... This is probably contingent to the room but it was really a problem in the room I was given... Perhaps the fact that I was a solo traveller makes a difference but I didn't pay any less than what I heard the receptionist propose to a couple who booked on the day I arrived...
