施設は綺麗で、受付の方たちも丁寧に対応していただいた点。朝食のバリエーションが多く美味しかった点。お風呂、コインランドリーの混雑状況がわかる点。

清潔。ウェルカムドリンクと朝食が他のホテルより内容が充実していて美味しい。
フロントスタッフの中に、おもてなしの心からの笑顔が感じられない方がいたのが残念。
宿泊客に差し上げているというお菓子が、駄菓子のラムネとかだったので、特にそういうサービスは要らない、返って困ると思った。

24時間出入りが自由に出来ること。
強いて言えば、朝食の時間帯をもう少し広げてもらえると嬉しいです(スタート６時からで終了9時半がベスト）
