Welcoming, helpful reception staff, comfortable room, which was freshly decorated. Pleasant bar area with a good choice of reasonably priced drinks. We managed to get a parking space right in front of the hotel, which was a bonus. The hotel is in a great location, close to bars, cafés and shops and is great value for money too. We have stayed here several times over the years and it's always a good choice for an overnight stay in Alençon, so I'm sure we'll stay here again.
Some larger, thicker towels would have been a bonus.

The rooms have been renovated and are very clean. The hotel is perfectly situated with easy parking right out front (free from 6PM to 9AM). Great value for money in a cute town.
The room was small (but well organized).

The location and hotel were great.
The noise from outside at the front of the hotel kept us awake throughout the night.
Possibly due to the fact that the hotel has restaurants either side meant rowdy clients were exiting
into the early hours of the morning.
