La ubicación es fantástica, a un paso de la playa, de la zona de ocio y restauración. Supermercados y farmacia muy cerquita.
Dispone de plaza de garaje lo cual es un plus importantísimo.
La piscina con solárium es fantástica.
La habitación es amplia y comodísima
El hecho de que esté a pie de calle hace que tengas que bajar un poco las persianas por la noche, pero la calle es poco concurrida.
La ducha es un poco estrecha y con tanta fuerza de agua que si no la controlas mojas el resto del baño
