We had a wonderful stay at Le Talluy. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and full of charm. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection, and the peaceful surroundings made it the perfect place to relax. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely historic building, good decor, excellent restaurant, lovely setting to eat, v helpful staff, v quiet once all the diners had left (about midnight, on a Saturday), good bathroom.
Small details that did not detract from a v enjoyable stay: 1. Sockets by the bed didn’t work and 2. I felt a bit cheated that because we chose to have our aperitif glass of champagne at the tables outside the front of the hotel we weren’t offered the petite mise en bouche that all the other diners were given who sat at their tables outside the back of the hotel. Not even a peanut.

It was beside a lovely little town where we had our evening meal. The main building kept it's integrity but there was no aphmosphere. The room we had was big , decoration was clean and pleasant but it could do with freshing up. The unsuite was modern but brown stone used in sink and surrounding the shower looked dirty although it was clean. So really it was just personal taste.
The setting of the lovely original building was destroyed by the ugly two buildings built in front of it, it looks nothing like the picture and the gardens were very unkept with grass growing up everywhere between the stones, with a bit of attention to detail and loving care it is a lovely historic place to stay.
