Il luogo è davvero affascinante. Poter dormire nelle vecchie camere del santuario, in piena tranquillità, ma con tutti i servizi è un'esperienza da provare. Le camere sono datate, con bagno in camera, distribuite nelle varie ali del santuario. Il servizio di accoglienza è funzionale e il prezzo allineato con l'offerta.
Dispiace, invece per la colazione. Questa, se richiesta, è pagata direttamente alla reception, ma servita dal vicino ristorante "Croce Bianca". Qui regna il massimo della disorganizzazione. Trovare il proprio tavolo la mattina è una caccia sl tesoro sia per il cliente sia per il personale. L'offerta è limitata, sono imbanditi un paio di tavoli dove i pochi dolci spariscono rapidamente. Difficoltà anche con il pane. Il personale è insufficiente per tutte le sale e i tempi sono infiniti. Peccato davvero.
Per la cena il ristorante sembra funzionate meglio, almeno se siete clienti diretti e non a mezza pensione

le sanctuaire n'est pas un hotel mais bien en endroit d'exception chargé d'histoire au beau milieu de la nature, on s'endort en écoutant couler la rivière le soir.
L'accueil et chaleureux, les chambre sont propre et confortable si l'ont tient compte du fait qu'elles sont à la base destinées à des pèlerins. fabuleux et hors du temps.
