Tolle Lage im Ort - zentral, mit tollem Park u. guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Sehr gut als Basis zur Erkundungen (Merseburg, Leuna, Halle, Leipzig, Dessau, Nebra, Dornburger Schlösser etc. Gut ein Bundesland kennenzulernen.
Schwimmen, Radeln u. Wandern bis zum umfallen.
Es ist ein Hostel - kein Hotel. Top Unterbringung für Fahrräder, eigener Parkplatz, ebener Zugang im obersten Stock. Sehr große, saubere u. gepflegte Zimmer!
Frühstück vor Ort zusätzlich in Anspruch genommen. Ist in einem Nachbargebäude über eine lange Treppe erreichbar - oder bei Gehbehinderung bzw. Faulheit (meiner Einer) mit dem Auto in ca. 300mm erreichbar.
Im Rahmen des Angebotenen ein sehr gut eingehaltenes Versprechen. Nach vielen Jahren war dies unser zweiter Aufenthalt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
Es hat übrigens auch sehr viele Stammkunden. Auch sportlich aktive. Auch Menschen im Rollstuhl. Und jedes Alter.
Die Treppe zum Frühstück/Saaleradweg ist lang. Und ich aber nicht fitt. Lässt sich aber über kurzen Fußweg -oder Auto lösen.
Ich finde keinen Grund zu negativer Kritik.

On arrival nobody answered the door for us to check in, eventually someone arrived who told us we would have to phone the owner. He told us he was in the hotel restaurant which is just over 5 mins away and he would arrive within 3 mins, he arrived in 15 minutes, with no apology whatsoever. We were quite disappointed with the non friendly attitude. The room was suitable if a little dark, but it was a pain crossing the corridor to our own private bathroom. The meals in the restaurant were excellent and the staff there were friendly and wonderful to talk to.
Waiting outside for so long and the attitude with no hint of an apology.
