Fantastic location with everything you need 100m from your door including the beach. Great seating area under cover outside your room for morning coffee and to escape the sun/rain showers in the afternoon
Room slightly small but apart from sleeping in it then shower and change later was adequate

Minor point, tv didn’t work during stay. Asked at desk and told it was due to the weather !

The only good part about this property is its location - very close to chaweng street with lots of bars and restaurants. Also 150 m away from chaweng beach.
Rooms were very small although clean
