The complimentary breakfast is a great bonus, as well as access to the gym. We had a Deluxe King room on the 15th floor which was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was cleaned every day.
The location is perfect: right next to the metro Line 2 (direct access to Pudong Airport) and Jing’an Temple, with several FamilyMarts, restaurants and shopping malls nearby. The elevators are also very fast.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Everything was perfect, we had a wonderful stay !
It would have been nice to have a mirror in the room but otherwise, the stay was great, we recommend !

Location excellent
Old , air conditioning doesn’t work , needs to open windows . 2 me bed for our 8 year old was a sofa not a sofa bed . She found it very inconvertible and resorted to sleeping in our bed
