The staff is beyond expectations, we had specious room, thanks to the staff as it looks like there was room upgrade. facilities were very good. Location is close to all you need. Wonderful breakfast in a very good atmosphere)

The hotel was partially upgraded, but still old fashion designed, small reception, limited access, no lift, old type of windows, parking only on the front street, very small shower and wheard position of the toilet for easy usage. The breakfast was fine, but our bread was not fresh, the rest of food was horrible. We liked only the tasty coffee and fresh croissants and warm watter in the small shower. I liked only the close location to the center and pizza restaurant in Hotel.the
I liked the kind and helpful reception ladies, always helpful but universal functionality.Reception closed at midnight. The hotel rooms old style, soft matraces, limited zones at shower and toilet, no place to dry towels. The access to the hotel is easy and in 10min walk distance to the center of Udine. There was not direct hotel parking, only limited public if the front or nearby supermarket. The breakfast was horrible and next time coffee will be enough. I don't want to judge the owner but she doesn't take good care to her staff.
