Great location for walking. Excellent meals and great staff. Lots of areas for drinks and chatting. Good bathroom with everything that worked. 24 hour check in.
There are probably many different configurations for rooms, but ours was pretty small, with minimal lighting.

Beautiful location and an unusual place to stay which will stand out in your memory. I found the atmosphere and decor down-to earth in a nice way, saying that the rooms are lovely; very well appointed, clean and well cared for. The views are stunnning and it is pleasant to fall asleep to the sound of the river.
The dinner was very good and the service a delight. There is also a shop, and a vending machiine sellling snacks and drinks (including beer and wine), in a room where one can sit if eating between restaurant times. Also a few nice garden areas scattered around the old monastic building. A great base to explore the surrounding area, and exelllent value for money.
