It's beautiful, quiet and faraway from the hustle and bustle of the city, but it not value for money. The staff are very friendly and the place is warm and inviting. And you have your own private backyard if you choose the self catering option. But being that we spent the weekend exploring the area, we didn't spend much time at the manor which ultimately makes it not value for money. But besides all that it's a beautifully kept gem.
Because we explored we only slept in for a few hours each night and didn't get to experience the place fully, which makes it not a value for money to me. A full week stay is required to fully get that value for money.

Have stayed at the Manor House many times and have always been impressed. The rooms of clean and spacious. Love the peacefulness. We always stay in the full catering rooms. Parking is amazing. All in all a good exprience.
