Hotel outlook is great. Rooms are simple, clean and have a balcony. Facilities are basic, there is a swimming pool but nobody use it during winter season. Breakfast is included but selections are limited and toasting machine removed away on the second day stay.
Parking is easy in front of hotel. Location is in tourist regions of the city and feel safe. Staff is helpful to recommend dinner for us. Rooms are basic with no surprise.

Nice lobby and dining room the pool was refreshing
Once you get past the lobby you realize that rest of the hotel is in need of updating. It appears that this was nice hotel 10 - 15 years ago but the lack of maintenance and upgrades have left it looking quite rundown. It is hotel that is very popular with the bus tours, there are always people coming and going. I would avoid the tourist zone in Tozeur
