The rooms are wide and clean. The staff were very friendly specially Mr Mohammed Arafat who met us at arrival.

Room with hall and spacious
No bathroom slippers and bath room carpet, toilet exhaust not working

Convenient location, good value for money, good room and sizable. Had a fridge and a coffee cooker. Also a desk to work on was available Wifi worked uninterruptedly and was sufficient for e-mail. Satellite TV with 160 Arabic channels No international TV channels other then news.
No Restaurant at the Hotel so no breakfast included - but not important
Advertised rooftop swimming pool in disarray and no plans to get it operative again - should be removed from web advertising
Reception friendly helpful and professional, housekeeping hopeless, they did not clean the room for two days.
