I always chose Serways Hotel for overnight stays when travelling via Germany, the location is super convenient and rooms are very comfortable (very comfy beds). It's also very good for travelling with a dog as the hotel is surrounded by a lot of green areas.

Very clean room. New. Silent. Great location for car travelling (nothing else)
Reception inside a highway gas station. Quite expensive. Quite a high fee for having your dog (15euro)
