Plus: - Large apartment, cleanliness acceptable, impeccably clean bed linen; - Central air conditioning throughout the hotel; - Large terrace with kitchen separate from the rooms. - Reception on the ground floor, 24 hours; - The parking lot in front of the hotel, although marked in blue (theoretically/legally with a fee), is free.

Minus: - Cracked walls in all rooms of the apartment; - During the 7 nights he stayed with his family (2 parents and 2 adult children), no cleaning staff came into the room to change towels or clean the apartment (however, it is a 4-star hotel - very disappointing); - The refrigerator in the kitchen was old and rusty and did not close properly; - There was no coffee maker, not even a simple coffee filter (in the morning, I made coffee in a pot from the kitchen); - There was only a gas stove, no microwave oven; - There were no Schuko adapters for sockets (EU standard - Schuko), so to charge my laptop, I had to unplug the refrigerator from the socket under the kitchen sink - it was the only Schuko socket in the apartment. For charging phones, their sockets are fine; - Although the bathroom was equipped with a mini fan, it couldn't cope with the high humidity resulting from the shower (persistent smell of damp in the apartment); - In the bathroom, personal hygiene products (mini soap - 3 pieces / shower gel (sachets) - 4 pieces / toilet paper - 2 rolls) - these products were there when we checked in, we stayed 7 nights - 2 parents and 2 adult children... Absolutely disappointing for a 4-star hotel, given that no one entered the apartment for 8 days (7 nights) to replenish the essential hygiene products in the bathroom; - Clothes dryer in the hallway, had to be shared with the other rooms (left/right). I don't think it's hygienic to share a clothes dryer with other families/people; - You have to walk or drive about 1.3 km to the beach... in the sun (if you walk); - Wi-Fi - only at the reception, there is no Internet provided by the hotel in the rooms - disappointing for a 4-star hotel in this century. Conclusions: The fact that it is a 4-star hotel is a good thing, but the standards on site indicate, to me, a maximum 2-star hotel. THIS IS NOT NORMAL, GIVEN THAT I PAID 81 EUROS/NIGHT.
