The property is very close to Fabrika bus station. All the restaurants, bars etc are very close. It is in the very middle of everything.
Davide was very easy to reach, we were able to check in before our check in time.
We had to close the windows at night so it was great to have air conditioning.
The water pressure was great.
There is no place to hang wet towels, bathing suits etc. We tried to hand our towels from the window which wasn't really an option at night because we had to close the windows to keep the noise out. It should be an easy fix to put knobs on the walls to hang stuff.
It gets very noisy and you can hear the conversations happening outside very clearly. This is not a fault of the property, just important to note.
The shower is very small and despite our best efforts to keep the shower curtain inside the shower area, we kept getting the floors wet.

It’s a good location but that’s the only thing it has
The staff was the worst staff i’ve ever crossed my path with. He is so aggressive and rude, from the first instance he was very rude because we wanted to be in the property later, so he got really desperate and aggressive and he didn’t stop calling me, the next day when we arrived he didn’t treat us nicely, and he wasn’t helpful at all. Then, other day he was fighting at 3:00 am with random people outside the facilities, he was yelling and really mad and we just wanted to calmly be in the property. The next day was the worst, we were asleep and at 10:00 am he began to knock the door like a crazy man, yelling at us mind you we are just 2 young girls who were scared by his behavior, we had to lock the door because we thought he was gonna come in to yell at us and god knows what else. WOULD NEVER GO BACK.
