Al Fawanes Hotel Apartments

Very nice apartment, receptions was amazing Near shopping area

It had an air conditioner, a comfortable bed and a decent bathroom.

I contacted the Hotel prior to the stay. I sent the following message : “Approximate time of arrival: between 00:00 and 01:00 the next day  Kindly be very attentive to the times I'm informing you of here.  My flight departs London on the 11th JULY, at 5pm.  This is a 7 hour flight. I arrive at Queen Alia airport at 12:10AM at NIGHT. Please send a Taxi to pick me up at 12:30 AM. Take into consideration the time for baggage collection and Visa issuance. I should be outside in airport at 12:30 - 12:40 Am.  I need a Taxi from airport to Al Fawanes hotel.  Please CONFIRM YOU UNDERSTAND THE PICK UP TIME.  Thank you.” ________________ I received the following reply : "We are pleased to let you know that the accommodation has confirmed they will be able to arrange this for you. There will be no extra charge for this request." ____________________ Upon my arrival the staff did'nt know what I was referring to. The next morning I spoke to the hotel owner. He informed me their confirmation was for the Check in time. Not transport from airport to the hotel.  This was highly disappointing, especially after my clearly worded request, there was a profound gap in communication hence the misunderstanding.  Please take care reading your received requests next time.
