Location, staff, breakfast
Room and installations are outdated and need renovations, fresh coat of paint, linens and towels need replacement with new batch, windows need replacement as some of them don't close properly, fridge needs replacement with modern one.

Very uncomfortable bed, so we left within a couple of hours , to find alternative accommodation
