The location, the room interior
WLAN never worked, MB limited
Reserved Privileged room but completely visible from pool and outside dining area
A lot of rules not described in booking.com (no eating in room, no private use of fridge)
Wellness area had to be booked & paid
"making their problem our problem" =>it would be good if they explained the consequences (presumably ants) or included breakfast automatically in the price of all rooms
