Location, clean room
Paper cups for tea or coffee (the argument that guests stole all the previous equipment is not acceptable).
Very old toilet and bedsheet visibly used (though clean)
Attempt to have fresh breakfast just not convenient - you dont want to wait until you get served, when it could have been prepared in advance.
No sound isolation for the main door - very noisy in the morning from other guests or housekeeping
