Otelin mevcut konumu, odanın temizligi, kahvaltisi mükemmel. Ve en önemlisi başta Kemal bey olmak uzere otel deki görevli tüm arkadaşların ilgisi mükemmel. Ilgilerinden ve göstermiş oldukları nezaketten dolayı çok teşekkür ederim.

Das Personal war unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Sükran und das Küchenpersonal haben alle Wünsche entgegen genommen und soweit möglich beim frühstück alles ermöglicht. Kemal und das Team an der Rezeption waren sehr hilfreich wenn es um Fragen und Tipps zum essen , barbier und shoppen ging. Die Lage war für uns super. Ich kann daher dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
Die Nähe zur Hauptstraße mag für besucher*innen störend sein , aber dafür kann ja das Hotel nichts und erst recht nicht das Personal. Und so Mega laut war es auch nicht. Uns hat es nicht gestört. Im Gegenteil, die Tram Station ist sehr nah, Taxis jederzeit verfügbar und innerhalb weniger Schritte gab es hochwertiges Essen, Supermärkte und was das Herz sonst noch begehrt.

Excellent, and helpful staff, especially the lady at the reception and the staff at the breakfast. Always ready to support the clients. The hotel location is quite but central to shopping centers, ferry terminal and train / tram station.
Wifi at 5th floor is not working in all rooms.

"Refurbishment ongoing, cooperative cleaners, friendly reception, cosy warm rooms, kettle is an extra inside the bedroom, fresh basic Turkish breakfast was delicious. Thanks everyone"
