Clean apartment in a great location, but construction noise on weekdays and small uncomfortable bed

The building is located in a very beautiful mountain village, we really enjoyed forest views through our window. It was easy to find the place and get the keys -- they were in a lockbox, so we could check-in quickly. There was also free parking available on the street right in front. The apartment was very clean and spacious, WiFi worked well. We had a minor issue that the host promptly dealt with, so this was very nice. They accept pets, so that's awesome as well, since we were travelling with our dog. We also enjoyed the location a lot - there were many restaurants around, supermarkets only a short drive away in Las Arenas, and many hiking trails nearby.

The bed was very small and uncomfortable as the mattress was very soft and old. There was only one long pillow for both of us. During the weekend it was very nice and quiet, but on Monday morning we were awakened at around 8:30am by very loud construction noises in the river canal just down below our windows, it was extremely loud even with windows closed and we were not warned about this. Also, in the beginning the host was very communicative, prompt to reply and helpful, but they didn't reply to our message about a later check-out time. We also left a small personal item in the room and the host didn't reply to our message regarding that as well.

It was clean and well located

No hot water on arrival for 24 hours. Difficult and inaccurate access arrangements. No starter pack whatsoever. Poorly equipped- no kettle, no bin bags, no chopping board, blunt knives…Very noisy from adjacent construction work from early morning. Very expensive for quality

Unfortunately we were in a pokey attic room which was very different from the photos. We mistakenly thought there was a big window and terrace. But on the top floor the ceilings were very low and a small window

Es un apartamento que está en el centro del pueblo; que además dispone de garaje para meter el coche.

En algunas zonas de la casa había poca luz. El mantel para comer en una de las zonas estaba algo roto. La ducha algo pequeña.

Limpio y de fácil acceso.

La luz de la habitación no iba (solo la de las mesillas), el sofá esta bastante usado y parte de la vajilla rota: taza sin asa, plato roto, cazuela sin asa. Pedí cama de matrimonio y no se me concedió a pesar de que el alojamiento no estaba completo.
