Dangerous unstable owner stay away

It was clean

So we booked a cabin on one side of the property that was far from the road since we have a toddler (and it is a busy road as we got to experience). Then when we arrived, the cabin we had booked wasnt available and they gave us one by the road (which had a lower standard in the interior and also was right next to the exit gate to the road). There was one picture of it, mixed with the pictures of the one we actually booked, so we think they double book the nice one then place whoever book again in the other cabin. Not very honest. Moreover, the moment we entered the property we were asked to pay. Which is quite uncomfortable and stressful. Apparently there is a deposit to be paid beforehand, maybe thats why they were so eager, but we were never asked to pay a deposit. So thats on them. Not us. Also it says you can pay by card, but you cant. They want cash only. And they dont give invoices even if you ask for it. Anyway, we were not happy with the cabin and we thought we got offered a discount and the next day got to move to another cabin. There was some misunderstanding here, apparently it was a choice between either, not both. We were disappointed when we did not get to move cabin, as that is what was important to us. We asked to check out sooner, but he would not let us, he wanted us to cancel because then we would not get to write a review and he was terrified of us giving a bad review on booking. Read the reviews on google there is a huge discrepancy on reviews! Also, there was no guarantee of refund if canceling. Anyway, the owner then eventually went ballistic and sent a threathening message in the middle of the night from his holiday abroad, maybe to threathen us to cancel (see message). He has been mentioned to be dangerous on the google reviews by others as well. In the end we paid back the discount we got and halved our stay but did not cancel it so we got to write this review and warn others. Please stay away.

EXCELENTE LUGAR PARA UNA MUY BUENA Y PLACENTERA ESTADIA EN VGB

Muy linda cabaña con todo lo necesario para una sobresaliente estadía, la calefacción, el baño y agua caliente, ambientes y muebles de calidad, cama cómoda, vistas al jardín, parrilla y muebles de jardín en la cabaña, todo muy tranquilo y agradable. Es destacable la atención y disposición de Gladys. En resumen todo bien!!
