It is prime location near the most beautiful part of Vichy and easy to find. It has parking which is invaluable in a city but please note you need to be confident with your vehicle to get into some spots! The staff are super welcoming and I found them all keen to help with requests. The breakfast is good value, €13.50 for a really generous spread which would please every person. The lobby and outside seating is bright and attractive. The bed was comfortable and although not overly spacious we felt it served us well. We got a great night’s sleep.
It’s not a complaint but I love a mini fridge and a kettle or coffee making in my room and these were not available. I also felt an upgrade on towels would provide a better quality but again not a deal breaker.

The staff were excellent.
Very clean and spotless.
The garage height is 1.85m.
Our vehicle was taller, so you're allowed to use the mecure hotels carpark, which is only 5 minutes away

Unprotected WIFI. Internet security has always been an issue, but since the war it's even more important. But still, IBIS expects their guest to use an unprotected WIFI, making it easy for hackers. Adding insult to injury, LTE was extremely slow in the rooms.
