Everything! The staff were so friendly and helpful, they went above and beyond for me. As a solo female traveler this was extra appreciated. The place is gorgeous, wonderful location especially if you want to do the Strada delle Langhe hike. Also easy to walk to Mezzolombardo. The breakfast was lovely and so cozy. Loved the antique countryside feel. The rooms are huge and the balcony looking out onto the vineyard and the mountains was exceptional!
Loved everything, only thing to be mindful of is that sound travels but this didn’t bother me as I have earplugs and it was quiet from 9pm-7am which was perfect.

Breakfast was fine but I didn't eat at the restaurant (I hear it is very good). 20 min walk from the main line train station. Loved the sunset view from my balcony. Interesting area to explore, especially the surrounding mountains. Trento and Bolzano not far away. Unfortunately the gondola up the mountain is closed until 2027 for repairs - the walk up is steep and demanding (650m+) but worthwhile for the skywalk and suspension bridge and a nice hotel/restaurant. .
The railway line to Mezzana is very scenic and worth a day out. Would like to return to the area and this hotel, 3 nights wasn't long enough!

The accommodation was clean, the owners friendly and breakfast was fine. It's not the most modern place, but the value for what you get is totally fine. The restaurant on the property is excellent. I would certainly recommend

Nobody was available. It took a while at check-in and after that there was no possible way to contact either personnel or the manager.
