we always stay here, actually we booked 2 rooms and it seems the second reservation did not go through, as we changed the credit card on file o lu for one reservation and lost the other one. so we had to get there and pay a full price room as they mentioned they did not have any more available and they could “exceptionally” open one for us but for double the price - we did not like this at all- despite we stay here all the time, for work and personal stuff.
either way, besides that we were treated like home as always, including our child’s service dog, they already know him in the hotel pretty well. he likes being spoiled around there so we don’t mind paying the extra fee for him. the pool bar should be open earlier though!
we got charged a surprisingly extra full price S/.700 about $200 for the extra room we required.
