Comfortable, clean hotel in a great location.
The hotel is well kept and situated in a good area, making it convenient and pleasant to stay in. We really loved the variety of family-friendly activities available, which made it enjoyable for both adults and children. The bar and pub area were a highlight.. welcoming, cozy, and perfect for relaxing in the evenings.
Breakfast was on the smaller side, but everything was fresh and of good quality, with enough choice to start the day well.

Stayed for the second time (first time was a year ago) and it was such a good experience. In a long roadtrip it is a wonderful place to chill in spa, go to gym and eat tasty food in a restaurant, and have a nice breakfast in the morning. The room was amazing(this time we took bigger room). We had everything we needed. Thank you Bazantowo sport<3

The choice of breakfast buffet
Booked this place as it came with saunarium opened everyday (advertised on their site).
When arrived they told me saunarium was closed on Mondays, making my stay totally worthless in this place.
Also the receptionist said that access to those services are paid extra, unless booked through their site (price is the same as booking.com).
Once again, nothing was mentioned on their site in regards to that.
Also there was no towels whatsoever in the room, and when asked for them to be delivered, I've only received one with an excuse that the towels didn't came from laundry services.
