のんびり出来た、また行きたいと思えるホテルだった。

仙台駅まで無料送迎があって便利だった。ラウンジのフリードリンクもよかった。着いた時も帰る時も、外まで旅館の人たちが挨拶に出てきてくれて、温かいサービスだった。

嫌な所は一つもなかった。

It's peaceful at this hotel.

As someone who only knows enough japanese to be polite I found it very comforting that the staff made their best effort when trying to communicate with me.

This isn't a negative on the hotel but Uber won't come out to this hotel to pick you up and I think that goes the same for the GO app. The staff however is more then happy to call a taxi for you.

A nice place to get away for the hustle and bustle of Japan's busier areas, with some minor flaws.

The staff were helpful for any questions I had, very accommodating as I have tattoos they offered me some tattoo coverings for the onsen. Breakfast was lovely and it was nice to be away for the busier parts of Japan. The lounge for guest offered a excellent range of complimentary drinks and sweets

Not all staff spoke English, which isn't a deal breaker but it left me feeling a bit awkward as I was unsure when approaching someone how to great them or ask questions. The menu in the guest lounge as well as some other areas were all in Kanji which I cannot read so it was a little frustrating at times given it was advertised as an English friendly establishment

温泉　ラウンジ　部屋が広かった

3人で安く泊まれた大浴場がありリフレッシュできたビュッフェの種類が豊富で楽しみながら朝ごはんを食べることができた

夜11時過ぎに大浴場に行こうとしたが、昔からあるからか雰囲気が怖く行けなかった
