Location is nearby to palace

Staff behaviour. It's a old property and poorly maintained. Room was unclean and AC was not working properly.

It is an extremely unhygienic place. Room door was not getting locked, on complain made to owner they said do you have to go out somewhere? AC remote was given without battery, when asked to replace, they said will come with new remote later no body showed up till checkout. Bathroom, and room was extremely dirty, unhygienic, bed sheet and blankets were not washed for ages, all the items in the room was in run down and sabby stage. So be careful while opening a tap as well. It may come out. No breakfast or free wifi or parking was provided.

I don’t like anything about the property. It is a cruel scam played on customers

Unhelpful staffs, dirty rooms and bathrooms, no intercom facility. This hotel doesn’t deserve the word International its name

Worst place to staye

Nothing

First shock, there were no rooms available. They sent to their anther property. We stayed in some rooms not matching even vaguely to what we expected and booked. There were no towels, bedding etc. Every things we requested was to be available in 30 minutes and these 30 minutes never ended in our entire stay there. I am disappointed with booking.com more than the worst hotel ever visited. You literally spoiled our visit.

Room was very bad, not cleaned and beds were worse, not able to sleep properly as we can feel the springs of bed against our back. Bathrooms was very bad and not cleaned

you should consider remove this hotel accommodation from booking.com otherwise you loose the trust. Did not you do ground work before nominating the hotel?? Very very poor.

The rooms are not as shown in the picture. The rooms are soo unclean. The Staffs are unprofessional. Not at all recommended for family.

Please keep the rooms clean and on a daily basis and request them to you, please switch on the lights once you get the evening time, ladies are feeling is not 🚫 well to stay there.

Staff are talking nicely 🙂 and kind manners. And one of the old men working there, he is always drinking alcohol 😅

Hotel MB International has to team another one is cheating team

Hotel MB International Mysore staff nicely cheat I got a hotel location message from +91 88679 22634 seeing this kind of follow up and guiding the route map I was surprised. First I went to Chamundi Hills after reaching the Hotel MB International location normally I paid and checked in. Before checking in only seeing building photos was not happy i thought rooms may be good. And decided to stay Once I get in the room I got fully disappointed. While booking they showed all nice rooms photos this was completely dirty The accommodation rooms and bathrooms . No hot water, bathroom main tabs are broken. I went and fought with the Hotel receptionist. After shouting he said normally to book rooms will show other property only . Request you please go always booked route map if anyone will send route map don't entertain

To like nothing is there they looted money and sent this is bad name to Hotel MB International Mysore. Request you to take necessary action against your staff

Overall our stay at the hotel was very pleasant...

Location is good, staff is superb

Switches were not working, found charging problem....had to use other switches in the room
