Nice 12-room boutique hotel perfectly located on the main street of Hanga Roa, only a couple of minutes drive from the airport and within walking distance to many great restaurants. I stayed in Room 10. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice. Airconditioning worked well and there is a small real fridge (not minibar type) in the room.
For such a small hotel, the breakfast selection was excellent and the coffee machine made great cappuccini. The small homegrown bananas on the breakfast buffet every morning were delicious.
Hens and roosters roam free in Hanga Roa and the roosters start a cacophony as early as 4:30 am! But the hotel is of course not to blame for this.

This is a wonderful base from which to explore Rapa Nui. It strikes just the right balance between intimacy and privacy and the couple who own and run it are wonderful hosts. Breakfast was excellent and partly provisioned from the garden behind. The location really does you a lot of favours for walking into and back from the centre of Hanga Roa and the coast. Coffee and cakes are available from two doors down during the day.
There wasn’t anything we disliked about the property.
