駅に近い
アーケードを通れるため、天気の影響がない
エレベーターの動きが遅い
アーケード側からの乗り口が死角になっているので、人通りが少ない時刻は一人でエレベーターを待つのが不安だった

チェックインが遅くなっても大丈夫だったところ
駐車場の使用が出来ず近隣のコインパーキングを探し利用しなければならなかった
