A l’extérieur du village mais toute à pied. Bien équipé, supermarché à 2 minutes à pied. Parking à proximité.
Belle accueil .
Insonorisation entre chambres mais surtout avec l’étage. Peut être mettre les feutres sous les chaises..

The location was great, the studio clean and the owner was so welcoming and adorable. Parking around was easy and the air conditioning really good for summer heat.

La habitación era amplia. Las vistas de Moschoula Studios son increíbles, precioso el atardecer. Está en una calle tranquila y muy cerca del puerto. Puedes ir andando al centro de Parikia sin problema. También pilla cerca de la estación de bus (10 minutos andando). Si no quieres coger coche, es perfecto. Tiene también una playa súper cerca que está casi vacía.
La cama no era muy cómoda.

Moschoula is a kind and welcoming host. She offered us coffee on the first morning of our stay and kindly let us use her moka pot.
The location is convenient—not far from the sea, beautiful beaches, and the city center of Parikia. The apartment is situated in a quiet and peaceful area, which made our stay relaxing and enjoyable.
The bathroom was very small, with no space to place personal belongings. A few shelves would have been greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, the pictures did not reflect the actual condition of the space.
The internet connection was very poor, which made it difficult to stay connected. In the kitchen, there were no dish towels, no napkins, and the sugar provided was very old. Basic items such as coffee were not available, despite the presence of a coffee machine.
We were only provided with two rolls of toilet paper and had to purchase a pack ourselves. We were later told we should have asked for more, but this was not clearly communicated.
Upon arrival, we were informed that cleaning would take place every two days. However, during our 5-day stay, the cleaning lady only came on the 4th day, and only after we inquired about the lack of service and towel changes.
