Breakfast was not included, the distance to the beach is about 1,2 km, but we rent the e-bikes and so it was not problem. Strongly recommend to rent a bikes it was the best mode of transport to access the beach or town. The owner was very helpful and we got a discount from rental company which he recommended us.

Casa molto carina, pulita, funzionale, giardino stupendo che ci ha dato modo di usufruire del fantastico gazebo e godere dell'arietta del mare. Il Signor Roberto host gentile, presente e disponibile
Aver scoperto solo il giorno della partenza, di avere il wifi perché non era presente la password, essendo la zona poco coperta da internet vista la presenza del bellissimo Monte Monaco
