Ottima struttura su due piani con ampi spazi oltre a cortile esterno privato per momenti di relax, per stendere e barbecue. La casa era pulita e in ordine, la cucina super accessoriata davvero comoda per la nostra vacanza di alcuni giorni, in più c'è un piccolo bagno lavanderia di servizio che può essere molto utile.
Ottima comunicazione e disponibilità con l'host Sig. Giuseppe e abbiamo trovato molto gentile e presente la Sig.ra Rim che ci ha accolto all'arrivo.
La spiaggia e il centro si trovano a circa 10 minuti a piedi ma è una piacevole passeggiata, nei dintorni si trovano supermercati, parcheggio comodo e gratuito davanti casa.
Il proprietario mette a disposizione anche due biciclette che noi non abbiamo usato. Per noi famiglia di tre persone è stato confortevole e ci sentiamo di consigliarlo.

Casa Joe was simply amazing! We had a wonderful stay and felt very comfortable from the moment we arrived. The property was beautiful, peaceful and had everything we needed. The location in San Vito Lo Capo was perfect and the place was clean and well cared for. We truly enjoyed our five nights here and would happily stay again!
