Staff worked very hard especially at dinner time!

Didn’t provide towels.

9 / 10Outstanding·Sep 2026

The hotsprings were amazing and staff was very kind. We even got upgraded to a better room with its own bathroom. We could buy lunch for our hike the next day which was very tasty

The dinner was not so great

8 / 10Excellent·Aug 2026

The location is unique.

There is no luxury, even a bit sloppy.

5 / 10·Oct 2026

Great location but in summary, over -rated. The huts are very basic and the various pools need a good clean! It just needs a good upgrade. Such potential. A good first night if you have three days in the canyon but if not, I’d stick to San Juan and Sangalle.

Tired and in need of a facelift
