Comfortable stay in a beautiful country landscape

Beautiful and peaceful place to stay in the the countryside close to the city of Monopoli (appr. 10 km). Absolutely wonderful and helpful lady who makes the tasty breaksfast with delicious pastry. Very nice pool area in a beautiful landscape of an olive grove.

the perfect start of a holiday in Puglia

we wish we stayed longer than one day

The property was beautiful, most notably the gardens which are very large. The building was very charming and Golfredo was very gracious in explaining its historical significance (he gave us a small tour). This is a wonderful familly owned establishment and everyone is welcoming, even the playful dog. The breakfast was amazing (with local products). Finally, Golfredo recommended the meat restaurant up the block, which was phenomenal.

Actually there are two properties and we stayed at both. One is an old farm house recently updated and surrounded by beautiful farmland. The other an old farm mansion converted to guest accommodations and set in beautiful gardens. Both wonderful. And the staff from the owner to everyone else couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. An A+ experience all around.

Great hosts! Very great breakfast! very nice location and very lovely decorated apartment, very authentic, but with all modern supplies!

Very minor thing - since all was perfect, just a recommendation - not to use plastic cups for the juice for breakfast.

Magical stay

What a magical place! The villa is absolutely stunning located amongst a huge property full of trees. We spent our mornings eating a delicious homemade breakfast using fruits and vegetables grown on the property. We were within driving distance to many destinations such as alberobello, monopoli, polignano al mare and ostuni. We spent our days at the beaches and returned to the pool for swimming and relaxation. Bonus was the family dog lives there named Rupert. We all fell in love with him. Thanks for having us! Lovely, peacful agriturismo (farm stay) near Monopoli

The host and hostess were very friendly. Tasty breakfast with tasty products from the estate, like fruit, home made jam and cakes. The apartments are roomy and the important things, such as toilette are recently beautifully renovated. The garden and pool area (incl. jacuzzi) are peaceful and beautiful.

what a great stay! the property (appx 20 min outside the City of Monopoli) itself is beautiful. old buildings with history and character. the grounds are beautiful to walk around, and the pool is gorgeous! the family took such good care of us. from late night check in, to breakfast, to helping us out when our car battery died, we felt so taken care of. this is a great place if you want to be central to many places for day trips, and not stay in the hustle bustle. we did trips to Monopoli, Matera, Allberobello, and Ostuni all from here. perfect home base that you can even relax at! room was so charming and comfortable - we will be back!

Exceptional

The villa is magnificent. Quiet and peaceful, excellent for family and children. Our stay was great. The hosts were very nice and welcoming and the breakfast in the garden in the morning was wonderful. The only downside is that they have a dog who is soo cute and funny..now we will have to take a dog home too :) ( just kidding)

Beautiful property, lovely staff, perfect base to explore region

Beautiful property with a great courtyard and pool. The staff were amazing - super helpful and friendly. The included breakfast was a great bonus! The location is a great base to explore Puglia - especially if you have a car. Easy parking and easy access in and out. Would highly recommend this property.

Relaxing stay in the beautiful Puglia countryside

There are two separate locations: Agriturismo Antonelli and Casina Piangevino. When you book, you do not select the place, but only the room typology. Our room was in the Casina Piangevino. The location is very good if you want to spend a quiet time in the countryside. In the middle of a gently hilly landscape, surrounded by olive trees. The site has only 6 rooms, and a very large outside area, with swimming pool and many places to rest in the shadow. No restaurant or other facilities, so relax and silence are almost a guarantee. The mini flat was very nice, spacious and well equipped. Sleep quality was excellent. The service is managed by a kind lady who was always ready to answer out questions and intervene in case of problems. Parking is on the premises, with a lot of space. You absolutely need a car to get there and anywhere else from there.

The room was on a terrace with a chimney nearby whose smoke, depending on the direction of the wind, could be rather disturbing.

The ambiance was exceptional with many antiques from previous generations of the current owners. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfasts were excellent. The grounds -- garden, fruit trees, swimming pool, cozy outdoor seating, numerous paths, flowers and plants -- are gorgeous. The kids especially loved the pool area and watching all the stars at night. The location is very peaceful and the view is incredible!!!

Absolutely wonderful!

We had a lovely stay with our 1 year old daughter. The staff was super friendly, the property was wonderful especially the beautiful garden and highlights of Puglia were close by.

a great farm to stay in the italian country side

The owners' son was very nice and helpful. The apartment was very big and beautiful. The breakfast had a large variety of tasty things - so many cakes, jams, juices, fruit and yogurts and ofcourse great cappucino.The lady who served the breakfast was so nice! The whole farm was lovely .

The apartment was a bit cold but we had heaters working most of the time.

The location is in a agriculture area surrounded by olive trees. The room is very large and furnished in old and romantic style/ Stuff are excellent, breakfast is great. we had a wonderful time, definitely will recommend and come back again.
