Great host, great location.
Room and bathroom were quite small, but I was not in Étretat to be in my room!

We had a great stay at this atmospheric villa. The house is decorated with attention to details, with paintings and collection of books on art and history.
The owner was very welcoming and friendly. He gave us a hand-drawn map with recommendations for walking trails and places to eat. We really enjoyed our conversations over breakfast and hearing his stories about Étretat and his family. His adorable dogs were a charming bonus!
Breakfast was a classic French breakfast with coffee, fresh pastries, jam and butter.
The location is perfect: the beach, trailing paths, shops and restaurants are all within walking distance, we enjoyed the seafood bar with fresh oysters just around the corner.
A great place to stay if you want authenticity. We would come back!

the location is very convenient, very close to the bus stop and the beach, a lot of restaurants, shops and carrefour. I chose to stay here because from the photos, it looks so beautifl, very historical european style, and i wasn't disappointed. the house is decorated with all the collection from the ownder's great taste and family heritage including the ceremic, vintage furnitures and lots of paintings. I booked a single room so it's smaller, but equiped with everything you need. And the view from the window is lovely. You can see the cute roof of those traditional French house in the village and the trees from the mountains.
The owner is so friendly and warm. During the check-in, he gave a brief about everything to know about Etretat, where to visit and where to eat. The breakfast is like dining in a palace, everything is so beautiful and delicate. I had a lovely chat with him and with other guests. He also suggested where to visit in Le Havre. because there was a bit rain in the morning, he lent us the rain coat. The other hosts including two friendly puppies also came out to greet us sometimes,
Overal it feels as cozy as home. I'll definately recommend to everyone visiting Etretat.

It was excellent, Wilfrid was really nice and hospitable to us, really had nice coversation with him. He was very helpful withthe information. The room was excellent, felt like I was in a fairytale. Really I should have booked for 2 nights instead of one but maybe later.
Overall, INCREDIBLE ❤️
